Technologies we use
Plume Pax uses the following functional browser technologies.
| Name | Storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| pp_theme | Local storage | Remembers your manually selected light or dark theme. Without a saved choice, the site follows your system preference. | Until removed or browser data is cleared |
| pp_state | Cookie, read-only on this site | If set by a future Plume Pax product, provides a signed-in display hint and a validated theme choice. It is not proof of authentication and the marketing site does not write or send it elsewhere. | Determined by the product that sets it |
| plumepax:assistant:v1 | Session storage | Keeps your chat for this tab; cleared when the tab closes. | Until the tab closes |
No advertising or analytics cookies
Plume Pax does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies or analytics cookies on plumepax.com. We do not use browser storage to build advertising profiles or follow visitors across unrelated sites.
If this changes, we will update this policy before introducing a non-essential category and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.
How to control browser storage
Most browsers let you view, remove and block cookies and site data through privacy or security settings.
- Blocking or removing pp_state means the site cannot read a display choice from a future Plume Pax product.
- Clearing session storage removes the assistant conversation for the current tab.
Browser controls vary by device and browser. Blocking functional storage may cause preferences to reset but does not prevent access to the public legal pages.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the site's use of cookies or browser storage changes. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date shown at the top.
